Postage and Packaging Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving them. If you require an order for a particular date just send us an email and we'll let you know if we can get it to you on time. Any orders for live insects, or their eggs, have to be sent first class to meet Royal Mail requirements and ensure that they are not in the postal system for too long. Generally, all other orders are also dispatched by 1st class post. If you require an order urgently just let us know and we'll do the best we can to get it to you as soon as possible.
Costs
To ensure that you don't pay too much for postage and packaging we charge you based on the total value of your order - so if you're order's only small the postage costs will be too. Whilst our postage and packaging costs are low, we always ensure that orders are well protected.
