Track an order If you have recently placed an order you can track its status here; please note that it is not possible to track it once it has been posted. Simply enter the email address you gave when paying and your order reference (which can be found in your confirmation email). *Please note that if you paid using 'Google Checkout' you'll have more than one order reference. Use the reference beginning 'RC'.
