Paying by card.
Bugsafari accepts secure credit card payments online.
These payments can be made through the secure payment and checkout servers, which are VeriSign Secured. To pay, simply select the items you want to buy and proceed to the checkout from your basket. If you have a 'Google Checkout' account you can pay using Google; just proceed to the basket as normal and click on the 'Google Checkout' button. If you have any questions about paying online please don't hesitate to contact us.
Paying by cheque.
We are happy to accept cheque payments also. To pay by cheque please continue to the basket to find the total amount to pay, including postage and packaging, and print this page. Please then send a cheque for this amount, made payable to 'Bugsafari', with the print out of the basket page, to:

Postage and Packaging Costs
To ensure that you don't pay too much for postage and packaging we charge you based on the total value of your order - so if you're order's only small the postage costs will be too. Whilst our postage and packaging costs are low, we always ensure that orders are well protected.

Dispatch and Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving them. If you require an order for a particular date just send us an email and we'll let you know if we can get it to you on time. Any orders for live insects, or their eggs, have to be sent first class to meet Royal Mail requirements and ensure that they are not in the postal system for too long. Generally, all other orders are also dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail post. If you require an order urgently just let us know and we'll do the best we can to get it to you as soon as possible. Please note that in periods of very cold weather dispatch of insects and eggs may be delayed to ensure that they are not harmed in transit.

Track an order.If you have recently placed an order you can track its status here; please note that it is not possible to track it once it has been posted. Simply enter the email address you gave when paying and your order reference (which can be found in your confirmation email).
*Please note that if you paid using 'Google Checkout' you'll have more than one order reference. Use the reference beginning 'RC'.

Returns and Cancellations Policy
Faulty, damaged or unwanted* goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging within seven working days of receipt. Please include a letter stating whether a refund or replacement is required and give us your full name, address, telephone number and the order number. Should you wish to cancel your order before receiving it then please telephone us on 0208 1234 669 providing the above details; if your order has not yet been dispatched then payment will be refunded.Please note, there is a handling charge of £1.50 payable on all refunds. We are not able to refund postage and packing costs.
*Unwanted live stick insects and their eggs cannot be returned.
